Stylish living for a young couple
The first apartment is usually not big and not forever. The fantasy is moderately curtailed by the lack of finances, but with a smaller budget you can also live beautifully. I thought about the design of the apartment during a holiday at the sea, which was positively reflected in the interior.

PERMANENT BASIS
The combination of colors resembles the sea, beach, sand and the sun. I bet on traditional natural materials - wood and metal. The kitchen, stairs and sliding doors were made to measure and other furniture I chose in IKEA.

PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE
Your apartment is your oasis, your shelter, your home. The way you arrange it and what energy and emotions you put into it, the same you will get back from it.

DECORATION
Decoration in the interior is equally important. You don’t have to buy expensive paintings, just frame your thoughts and bring some flowers from the meadow into a vase.

NATURAL LIGHT
The space needed more light. Daylight adds the atmosphere to the rooms, tilts it, and optically increases it. I therefore enlarged the windows and, thanks to the building permit, it was also possible to build a balcony that was not originally there.

SKY OVER YOUR HEAD
The dim pale blue in the bedroom evokes the open sky above the head. With roof windows you can see the stars directly from the bed and thanks to this, the attic is not tight.

STAIRCASE AS A DOMINANT
The original solution - the retractable stairs in the middle of the room - was completely inappropriate. It was necessary to think about how to ensure the most convenient access to the upper room.
During reconstruction, it is often the most expensive investments that are not very visible. Construction works made two-thirds of the budget. However the total costs were only 600 000 CZK (400 000 CZK for complete reconstruction and 200 000 CZK for equipment).
